High Reliability QSFP28 100G SR4 Optical Transceiver in Fiber Optic Network Equipment 850nm 100m

As a small-sized 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver, it has received more and more attention. Compared with CFP4 optical transceiver, 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver size is only smaller than CFP4 optical transceiver. Although the QSFP28 optical transceiver has an advantage of density over the CFP4 optical transceiver, the higher maximum power consumption of the CFP4 optical transceiver gives it an advantage in longer-distance optical transmission.

This QSFP28 Transceiver adopts 12 Fibers MTP|MPO Male interface, reaching a link up to 150m over OM4 MMF (100m over OM3). This optical transceiver is compliant with QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4 and breakout to 4x10GBASE-SR standard. Digital diagnostics functions are also available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA, to allow access to real-time operating parameters. With these features, this easy to install, hot swappable transceiver is suitable to be used in various applications, such as data centers, campus and computing networks, interconnections within and between switches, routers, NICs and transport equipment.
